Responsibilities for Operator/Driver
- Operating Ride-On Road sweeping vehicle for 08 hours a Day for 06 days a week at client’s site.
Qualifications for Operator/Driver
- He should hold light/heavy driving license.
- Minimum Education 10th Pass

We are looking forward to working with a Field Service Technician (Nadiad) based at Nadiad to service our sweeping machines at our work sites across India.
Responsibilities for Field Service Technician
- To carry out routine maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs of our sweeping machine primarily on customer sites (Across India) but occasionally in the company service workshop.
- To train operators in the proper operation and maintenance of the machine where required.
- To provide telephone technical support to operators as and when practical.
Qualifications for Field Service Technician
- He should hold an ITI/Diploma – Automobile background with minimum 02 years hands on experience.
- Knowledge of Engine/Hydraulic Maintenance.
- Experience of preventive/Breakdown maintenance in any automobile/ cleaning industry.
- Basic knowledge of Automobile DC wiring.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Must know how to speak in Hindi language.
- Employee will need to arrange for boarding and lodging.

Responsibilities for Operation and Fleet Manager:
- Maintaining accurate fleet data of our vehicles.
- Resolving customer concerns related to operation of vehicles and billing issues.
- Recruiting quality operators/drivers for the fleet and creating efficient operator schedules.
- Develop training plans for new operators and assess their performance, track operators’ attendance and performance reviews.
- Schedule and monitor vehicles to ensure they are always ready and available for use.
- Monitor and ensure that the fleet is operating in compliance with local and state laws and regulations.
Maintenance and Servicing:
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance through service team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize vehicle downtime and maintain schedules.
- Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with the assistance of Fuel Cards for all equipment’s and operators.
Qualifications for Operation and Fleet Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Logistics/Fleet Management. A Masters Degree will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role (in a fleet management company) or 2+ years in a logistics / operations role.
- Experience in the transportation industry.
- Communication Skills (Written and verbal) and Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Salary Range
CTC: 3.00 – 4.50 lacs per Anum based on current employment and previous work experience.
